Every Monday at 7 to 7:45pm we run a FREE self-defence class for young ladies (aged 9 - 16 yrs). Mothers are also welcome to attend, for a special price of £2.50 for the session.

Firstly, if you’re having financial difficulties please let us know, as we understand how circumstances change and we will try to help where we can.
- Free membership pack.
- Free kit is included with every discipline.
- It is your responsibility to give us one month's written notice.
- 4 classes or 5 classes depending on the length of the month.
- Offers and deals are for new members only and only one deal per person.
- Once the offer period ends and if you choose to continue, you will move to the normal membership prices
- If you wish to change your discipline at any time, please contact us.
- All offers are subject to availability.
- Penalties may occur for late payments.
- We can not give refunds on kits and memberships.
