Ladies only Kickboxing
Learn the skills of kickboxing with our female instructor Chrissie who is the current BKBU British and NAK National Champion.
This class will teach you the full grading syllabus incorporating the many kicks and punches involved in the Martial Art and will increase your overall fitness level.
A typical lesson will include:
- Warm-up e.g. skipping
- Stretching routine
- Kick and punch combinations
- Fitness e.g. bag work, medicine ball routines
