St Helens Ladies ABA Boxing Academy

St Helens Ladies Boxing Academy has been training aspiring female boxers for a number of years with great success.

The Academy is run by ABA Coach Steve Crawford and boasts a wealth of talent and can provide all of the equipment you need in your training such as focus pads, bags and a boxing ring.

We run classes for all ages and abilities from competition level participants to ladies just requiring a superior workout, with no desire to spar.

Our club is run in a very supportive and friendly environment, with our instructors helping you to achieve your full potential.
